Although they need a point to return to the top, Inter will be looking for three points as they host Lazio tonight, so check out our Serie A Betting Tip for this clash. Alongside Napoli, Antonio Conte’s side emerged as Juventus’ most serious rival for the title this year, and the Nerazzurri are the only team with maximum points in Serie A so far. Lazio, on the other end, ended their negative three-game streak without a win with a victory over Parma. They are travelling to Giuseppe Meazza where they’re unbeaten in the previous four visits.

Inter Team News and Latest Form
Inter Milan beat city rivals AC Milan last time out (2-0) and extended their 100% Serie A run (W4) since the start of this season. The Nerazzurri have scored the opening goal in each game this term, leading at half-time on three occasions. However, they were ahead at the break just once in the last eight competitive H2Hs held here (HT: W1, D3, L4).
Antonio Conte’s side have kept a first-half clean sheet in all five competitive games this season (W4, D1), conceding both goals in the first 20 minutes of the second half. That’s a trend seen last SA season also when Inter kept a first-half clean sheet on 16 occasions (84.21%).
Romelu Lukaku has scored three Serie A goals for Inter, twice as the last goal-scorer. Inter have scored at least once in the final 30 minutes in four of their five competitive games this season.
Lazio Team News and Latest Form
Lazio have won only one of their last three competitive games (W1, L2), despite scoring the opening goal inside the first 30 minutes each time. Their tendency to start well is evidenced by the fact they were leading to nil at half-time in three of four SA fixtures this season (L1).
It’s the final 30 minutes where their problems lie though, with the Biancocelesti conceding three of their five competitive goals (60%) in this period in 2019/20. Furthermore, the same was true last campaign when they let in 11 of 21 away league goals (52.38%) in this period, as well as three of the previous six in H2Hs (90 mins only).
Ciro Immobile has scored four SA goals this season, netting the opener three times. There have been over 11.5 corners in each of Lazio’s four Serie A games.
Simone Inzaghi doesn’t have any new injury-related concerns, but he will probably be without three players for this clash. Ricardo Kishna (knee), Jordan Lukaku (knee), and Stefan Radu (illness) are listed as doubtful to face Inter on Wednesday.
Inter vs Lazio Head to Head
Lazio won five of the previous ten H2H encounters (D1, L4), including the last two, while the Eagles are unbeaten in the past four meetings at Giuseppe Meazza. They managed to keep the net intact in two of those four matches
Inter vs Lazio Serie A Betting Tip
Inter are a way more serious team this season comparing it to the previous ones thanks to Antonio Conte. Although they are without a victory over Lazio in the previous four duels at this venue, I think they are looking closer to get three points tonight. I do respect Lazio, though, and I am not going to back Inter to win. Instead, my Serie A Betting Tip for this clash is a double chance on Inter and Under 4 goals at 1.80 (-125) odds. The reason for backing Under 4 goals is that only one of the last 11 H2H matches produced 5+ goals.
