The 2019 NBA free agency will be remembered as one of the most exciting and certainly the craziest one in history, and now the cherry at the top is the latest trade between Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder agreed to trade Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul and four future picks, an Russ got a chance to team up with James harden again.
A few weeks ago, the rumors Chris Paul and James Harden’s feud surfaced, and Paul’s desire to move away from the Rockets came to fruition. Russell Westbrook and the Beard will play together after two of them were teammates in Oklahoma in 2012. Back then, OKC lost the NBA finals to the Miami Heat, and the duo will get another opportunity to win the championship.
This free agency provided numerous of huge moves, so now we have four teams with superstar tandems: LeBron James and Anthony Davis with the Los Angeles Lakers, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George with the Los Angeles Clippers, James Harden and Russell Westbrook with the Houston Rockets, and Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving with the Brooklyn Nets.
